I made this site because I noticed that dragons, so unfairly called beasts, are more timid than we imagine, though not entirly helpless, they prefer to keep out of trouble. With keepers, they will choose to fight, without them, they will only fight if nessecary. But to have a dragon, already well grown, to choose you as its keeper, is very rare, most find the dragon egg, or get the dragon egg from a dragon mother who wants her babies to be safe while there is war. Most of them came to me in that way.
But while some end up dragon keepers in a not-ill-performed way, some are not so kind.
These are the Dark Dragon Keepers, they steal eggs from the mother dragons nest, and by doing so, they leave a part of the not-yet hatched dragon's soul at the site of their crime, leaving the baby about nine-tenths alive.
Before I carry on...
Warning! If you dare come to me with a dragon egg that you stole, I will make sure you are punished with what you deserve (which is very grim and unpleasant) and return the baby to its mother.
When a Dark Dragon Keeper's ill-gotten egg hatches, the baby dragon is in a sorry state, whereas an egg not-ill-gotten will hatch into a fairly strong hatchling, so the Dark Dragon Keeper will give the hatchling a special concotion, outlawed thousands of years ago, to strengthen it and induce darkness into the hatchlings soul.
I have not only made this academy to train dragon keepers, but also to fight and try to defeat Dark Dragon Keepers.
There are many kinds of dragons. Some rarer than others. I will be adding a page about the types of dragons so you can identify the kind you have and learn about the others.
