Abilities: she has shown several, which include creating and quenching light, disappearing into a shadow and reappearing in a different one, no matter how far away, immune to all forms of fire, though she probably has a lot more.
Weapons: sword, rapier, bow, crossbow, arrows, a LOT of knives and daggers.

History: orphaned as babies and sent to the academy when no one would take them in because of their unpredictable powers.

Abilities: She can control fire, in any form. When she's powering up, her hair turns fiery, literally.
Weapons: She has a sword, and two daggers. She has a bow and arrow also, along with a spear, both stuffed in a hollow.
History She lived with her clan for years, but then moved away when the throne was usurped and her life was in danger from the new king, an elf. This would be why she DESPISES elves. When the prince tried to take her as his bride, she killed him and ran far, far away. She stumbled upon two eggs in the forest, one ice dragon and one fire dragon. She hid in the forest until she nearly starved, then sought help at the Dragon Acadmey. Did I mention she hates elves?
Dragons Fire dragon (female) is Aereo and the ice dragon (Male) is Artemis. An unhatched bright blue egg from Noxolo the Ancient.
Lives: (assigned by Kaeldra) in a private dormitory where she will be left alone by the other students, so she won't have to put up with elves to much.

Appearance: tall, long, straight black hair, caucasion, sappire blue eyes, wings.
Abilities: speak to animals, plants. Speak foreign language, invisibility. Gifted with the ability to cast tracking and war spells by Dawn the Ancient. Gifted with the ability to summon a High Region Star Horse by Moondancer the Ancient.
Weapons: bow and arrows. A sword of poisoned flame, a gift from Kaeldra.
History: daughter of king and queen, blind, adventure lover, fairy lover, father friend of dragons.

Kaeldra
Age: 21
Appearance: she can change her appearance whenever she wants, but originally, she has brown hair and gold eyes. And she's tall and slender.
Abilities: can change her appearance and do a bit of shape-shifting. Immune to fire.
Weapons: two swords, two daggers, many hidden knives, long bow and arrows, sometimes magic, also uses her fists when she's desprate. Also has some magic swords like the one you see in her picture.
History: the daughter of two rulers who wanted her only as an heir to the throne. Deliberatly failing all her tutoring, Kaeldra sealed her fate. Her parents locked her in her room after she tried to escape the first time, but it takes a lot more than a lock on her door and a couple guards to keep Kaeldra in! So Kaeldra escaped and went into the Bad Lands, ready to risk the beasts there to ensure her freedom. Kaeldra survived many harsh winters and dangerous summers in the Bad Lands with the sky as her roof and the air as her blanket until she found her way to the Dragon Crags, a mountain range where the dragons live. And there she befriended the Dragon Queen, and the Queens son, Firewing, chose her as his keeper. And then Kaeldra was flung into an adventure with FireWing at her side.
Lives: in a small, but decent sized, castle carved into the mountains. Built in for safety and strength, not comfort. And that is also the academy.

Age: 19
Appearance: blue hair with a slight green tint, dazzling purple eyes, tall, somewhere between slender and stocky.
Abilities: can grab lightning from the sky, has a calming, seductive voice. Able to withstand the coldest of temperatures.
Weapons: mostly a bow, but also dangerous with a sword.
History: her mother the master-of-arms and her father a general, Calandra was taught how to be a warrior at a young age. When she was exploring a system of underground tunnels, she found a single dragon egg. And, after she cared for it for months, it hatched into a beautiful, emerald green dragon, named HarvestMoon, who was the twin of Quin, hatching out of the same egg. After she became a dragon keeper, Calandra became a target of the Dark Dragon Keepers, and became an apprentice to Kaeldra, and with a few more adventures, she found a few more eggs.

Lives: she used to live in a comfortable cabin in the woods with her mother and father, but her dormitory is in the east wing of the academy.

Appearance: blue-silver hair, silver eyes, wears a silver circlet and very fancy earrings, tall, very, very thin and slender.
Abilities: able to breath underwater, can survive for months without food and water, can imitate anything with her voice.
Weapons: two hand long sword, dagger, recurve bow, arrows.
History: like Kaeldra, born of royalty, but not the daugter of a queen, but the daughter of the high elven empress. Taught to be a warrior by her mother during a time of devestation. Left her home to find safety and her destiny by her mothers orders. Broke up when she found out her mother was killed. Never gets enough sleep, speaks only to Kaeldra and her dragon, Kalatere, who chose her as her keeper when Deltoria was the tender age of 9.

Appearance: pale, pale blond hair, light blue eyes, slender, tall-ish.
Abilities: most magic, can give herself wings and fly.
Weapons: bow, and many different kinds of arrows, including poisoned, enchanted to seek, enchanted to burst into flame as soon as they hit their target, and enchanted to paralyze whatever they hit.
History: a commoner. Nothing extraordinary about her rank. Her mother died by poison, her father disappeared. And, with nothing left for her in her home forest, she left the forest and stumbled through a portal into the Dragon Crags. There, she was chosen a keeper by the dragon Senflay. Then, Zentila came upon Kaeldra's academy and took on apprenticeship.

Abilities: immune to fire (thanks to Kaeldra), invisibility, flight.

History: a convicted murderer. Kaeldra convinced him to reform. No one other than Kaeldra trusts him yet. A true warrior. A little overprotective of Kaeldra. Kind hearted, powerful. Had a very hard past, was abandoned by his parents, imprisoned by Jeneside. Just barely escaped.

Ara (Aka, the Shadow Wanderer)
Age: unknown.
Appearance: able to disguise herself whenever she wants, but originally has long black hair and large black dragon wings. She wears a black dress that looks more like spiderwebs at the end. Large grey dragon eyes. The only thing she cannot change about her appearance is the fact that she is missing one eye. Covered with scars.
Abilities: flying, disguising herself, able to read minds, see through wood and stone and tell where someone is even if they are miles away. Almost immortal.
Weapons: a sword made out of dark flame, a normal sword, bow, arrows.
History: her mother and father are dark elves. Twin sister of Varius, a dark army general. Family tried to kill her. An outcast and fugitive. On the run from all the dark forces in all realms. Has been called the "half-blind dragon girl." Has suffered more than any person in the dragon academy or ancient. Did once fall in love, but the person she fell in love with, Darklight, has disappeared and been proclaimed dead before the oldest of the ancients was even born. Ara hasn't smiled or laughed since. The third in command of the dragon academy.
